If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product(s)

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

  • Any damaged packaging materials

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may result in your claim being denied. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or other resolution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Matek is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee before the order can be sent again.

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

all orders are made 24 hours when you place an order, to get a refund you must request it in the first hour of making an order to cancel, WE DO NOT give refunds if you order has already  been made and packaged we use time,money, and packaging
